PasWord Protection Services Inc is seeking mature individuals to train for a career in the security business. Candidates for the position of Emergency Response Operator (ERO) will monitor home security systems, and business security systems, including video surveillance in our ULC approved Central Monitoring station.

The best candidates will work well under pressure, demonstrate outstanding listening skills, and be fully bondable. Full time positions available, 12-hour continental shifts. We offer a clean, safe, environment, with performance bonuses and attractive benefits. Training wage: $15 per hour (3 months), with increases to $17 – $19 commensurate with skills acquired.

Experience: 2 years Alarm / Security Systems Technician (Preferred)

Skills Required:

Installation, Programming and Service of Alarms, CCTV, Access Control Systems

Experience in Networking and Wireless Network Set-up and IT infrastructure

Network Cabling and Data Jacks

Read and interpret blueprints

Read, write and speak fluent English

Valid Ontario Class G Driver’s License

Driver’s Abstract and Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening

Comfortable working at heights (applicable training will be provided)
